エラー名：Communication Error with Engine Board
現象：FGATEにエラーが発生し
条件：
◎FGATE signal is not asserted 1 sec after FGATE assert is required
◎FGATE signal is not negated 13 sec after FGATE signal is asserted
原因：
◎Engine board failure
◎ASIC failure
◎Controller board failure
◎Harness disconnection
対策：電源を再投入後も同じErrorが再発するとservice Callをする。
影響：Copy / Print / Fax印刷が中断される
