I realized one of the fridge compartments doesn’t work do i have to call assistence?

Before requiring any assistence, check: 1)the display is on. if it isn’t its probably because the compartment is not set on on. Try pressing the button to turn it on for 3 seconds, the button is the one you should use to adjuste the temperature. 2) Check the cold air discharge valve isn’t in any way bloccked.
