Cause 1:
The set temperature is too low.
Remedy 1:
Increase the cooking temperature by 10 – 20°C.
Cause 2:
The cooking time is too short.
Remedy 2:
Please extend the cooking time.
Cause 3:
The moisture in the oven cavity is too high.
Remedy 3:
If necessary, open the moisture flap.
Do not trigger a shot of steam at the end of the cooking process so that a thicker crust can form.
